This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how paid subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Paul C Wilson trading as BusinessLead.ai.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to BusinessLead.ai products (for example SprintBoard.ai Solo and Team, and sibling products as they launch). It explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

2. Try before you pay

Our products include a permanent free tier so you can evaluate the service before paying. We recommend using the free tier to make sure a product fits your needs before you subscribe.

3. How billing works

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan and billing period you choose (for example, monthly), and renew automatically at the start of each new period until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are charged in USD.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who appears as the seller on your statement and handles billing and applicable taxes.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing area of your account (Manage subscription). When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again.
  • Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account moves to the free tier.

5. Refunds

  • 14-day money-back on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with a product, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full.
  • Renewals and later periods. Payments for renewal periods are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see section 4).
  • Billing errors. If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will correct it and refund the incorrect charge.
  • We may also issue a refund at our discretion where a product has not worked as described.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a number of business days for the refund to appear.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you (for example, a statutory cancellation or “cooling-off” right). This policy applies in addition to those rights, not instead of them.

8. How to request a refund or cancellation

To cancel, use the billing area of your account. To request a refund or raise a billing issue, email paul@onlead.ai from, or quoting, the email address on your account, and tell us which product and charge it relates to. We aim to respond within a few business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
